Physical Organic Chemistry

15-20 August 2004, Shanghai, China

The 17th International Conference on Physical Organic Chemistry (ICPOC-17) continues a long and distinguished series of IUPAC-sponsored conferences in this specialty. This conference will offer a forum for researchers to present and discuss results in modern physical organic chemistry. ICPOC-17 will emphasize recent achievements of physical organic chemistry and its interaction with other sciences (e.g., mechanistic ideas and studies as the driving force in synthetic chemistry, physical organic chemistry of organized and living systems, theoretical studies in organic chemistry). Approximately 300 scientists from around the world are expected to attend this conference.

See Calendar for contact information.
